Unlike other cross-linking technologies which leave residues and create irregular cell structures, our physical cross-linking process forms uniform molecular bonds, resulting in superior mechanical properties, a uniform fine cell structure, and smooth and flexible foams that are odourless and do not off-gas. Our Softlon® products span many applications, from acoustic underlays to specialised vibration isolation systems. Physically cross-linked foam for industrial fabrication. Temperature range -80 degrees C to +100 degrees C. Thermoformable and weldable.
